We offer an Urgent Shipping option If you choose URGENT SHIPPING we will ship on the same business day - Monday through Thursday, if orders are received by Noon CST. This must be added to the cart to activate the Urgent Shipping option.
We only ship out "Emergencies" or Expedited shipments if you buy the Urgent Shipping option and the shipment meets those specified details.. We reserve the right to charge any extra fees for expedited shipping.To check freight on 50 Lb bags put them in the cart separately and choose UPS Ground.
Chemistry Connection dba SaveonCitric.com uses several carriers for shipments - specifically FEDEX, UPS, and USPS. For heavy shipments we use several LTL Carriers like SAIA, FedEX, R & L, and others. We can also ship using your carrier with special arrangements.
Chemistry Connection is not responsible for shipments that do not arrive on time. We make no claims or warranties about deliveries.

Multiple 50 pound bags typically ship, separately in custom made boxes via GROUND or LTL Freight.
If you choose a shipping option, and what you bought will not fit in the chosen box /option properly, we will use another shipping option. If there is a difference in cost we will notify you.

We do not ship soapmaker's lye/ sodium hydroxide outside the continental US. Lye must be shipped UPS Ground Only. And, Buyers must send the signed HAZ MAT waiver by fax (877) -844-4122 or email email@example.com with HAZMAT in subject line, before we ship.

If using an LTL Carrier for heavy shipments over 100 pounds we will need to know if you have a business address, a dock, and a fork lift. We also need to know if you need additional freight services- like a Lift Gate Service, or an appointment for freight shipments. All additional services ordered after we give a freight quote, or that you order when the truck arrives are the buyer's responsibility. Additional freight charges will need to be paid. Please do not order additional freight services when the truck arrives without paying for them. We will need to collect the money after the sale and you agree to pay them if you order additional services not on our original quote.
We are happy to let customers check their own freight carrier rates and compare to our quotes.

We have several USPS International options. Choose the best method.
We can only provide tracking if the selected shipping method offers tracking and the carrier provides tracking information. Some international shipping options (1)Do not allow any tracking and (2) May not arrive due to customs issues, or they may arrive late. We typically have no problems with International Shipping but sometimes there are problems out of our control - for example how something moves through customs.
SHIPMENTS TO CANADA: Customs law requires that all applicable Duties and Taxes must be paid for shipments entering Canada. By placing an order with SaveonCitric.com you agree to pay the duties and taxes charged by Customs at the time of delivery. Customs duty and Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be payable, as follows:

Because of the nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns if we ship the incorrect product. Returns will be in the form of a credit in most cases, and minus any restocking charges and shpping. No returns after 7 days of receipt whatsoever. Package not received If you do not receive your order, you must let us know within 10 working days of shipment.
